Your tab for details surrounding the calls you have had with clients

Find a Contact 

Click Contact Center from the left menu and then click Contact/Call List. Input the date range that you would like to see the data between. The system is set to automatically default to todays date. Input the phone number that you would like to see the calls to for the date range that you have selected and click Filter.


Your contact filtered results from the search in the contact lists will appear as below and provides a lot of handy information surrounding the calls you have had with a contact.
