How to ‘DNC’ Contacts
Click Contact Center from the left menu and then click DNC Add/Remove.The screen will appear as displayed below with the option to either use a file of numbers (in CSV or Excel format) or simply inputing the numbers by text one by one.
💡 When using DNC via file make sure that you DNC for both US and Canada or any other country from your leads repertory. This will stop the dialler from calling these leads again.
How to ‘Blacklist’ Contacts
Click Contact Center from the left menu and then click Blacklist. The screen will appear as displayed below. Click “Add More to Blacklist” and input the number with the correct phone code fort he number´s country. This action will stop you from receiving calls from that particular number ever again.
💡You can only enter numbers to the blacklist one by one. Use the red delete button to remove them if needed.
