How to enable and use Call Followups

Allow your agents to make call followups directly from their agent interface

⚡️ What is a Call FollowUp?

Schedule a series of call followups and automatically send the sequence on the schedule you choose over the course of days, weeks and even months.  

Agents can now schedule Followup calls directly from their agent interface right before closing the call. The phone calls action button prompts the user to create a followup call fast and simple.

STEP 1: How to configure the Call Followups feature on your campaign

To start configuring go to Campaigns - Campaign List - Select your campaign - Call Followups. For the "Call Followups" button to appear on the agent screen you need to enable it from the following section.

If you want to force all call followups to a certain campaign or even to a specific restricted user group, make sure you enable the appropriate settings. 

STEP 2: How your agents can use the Call FollowUp feature on their interface

For the Call Followup button to display on the agent interface, the following two rules have to be met:

  1. The feature has to be enabled as seen in the STEP 1 info on the campaign your agents are dialing 

  2. The agents must be in a call as the button will display within the Wrapup stage right before adding a disposition and closing the call 

Once you click on the "Call Followup" button, you will need to double check the details and select the date and time of choice. Once the followup information is set, click "Create Followup". 

💡Destination: The phone number used for the followup call will auto-populate from the lead information and cannot be changed. 

The reminder tab will show up on the right side of the agent screen. To be able to initiate a followup call, click the "Reminders" tab to see an overview of all your reminders. 

Under the Reminders tab you have access to call a lead but also to access the full profile of your prospect. You can always remove from your reminders list a scheduled followup call by clicking the "Cancel" button.
