The following are the FAQs about enabling the D-Tools Payments solution.
Q: How do I enable the D-Tools Payments solution on Cloud?
A: To enable the D-Tools Payments solution, enable the D-Tools Payments integration under Settings > D-Tools Payments, and provide your merchant details during the onboarding process.
Once enabled, all invoices for projects, subscriptions, contracts, and calls will use D-Tools Payments to collect payments.

Q: What are the merchant details required during the onboarding process?
A: During the merchant onboarding process, you will need to provide us with your details such as organization type, TIN/EIN, social security number, bank account number, routing number, etc.
Check out this collection of articles to learn more about all the details required during the merchant onboarding process.
Once you provide the details during the merchant onboarding process, one of the following will happen:
If the details are completed and compliant, your merchant application is approved within 24 to 48 hours, or sometimes sooner.
If some details are missing or unclear, approval may be delayed by an additional 24 hours or more, as it requires manual re-review by our underwriting team.
To avoid delays in approval, review the Merchant Onboarding Checklist, confirm that all fields in the application are completed accurately, and you have all required documents readily available in case we request additional information.
Q: How do I switch from a third-party integration to D-Tools Payments?
A: Switching to D-Tools Payments is super easy! Enable D-Tools Payments under Settings > D-Tools Payments, and Cloud will disable the third-party integration you were using.
Note that the currently active integration will be immediately disabled. So, you will need to work with your internal team to phase out invoices already sent using the integration.
Q: I do not see the Clover Connect, Stripe, and ProPay integration options under Settings.
A: With the introduction of D-Tools Payments, we have phased out third-party payment integrations for customers not using them.
You will no longer see them under Settings. If you have already enabled one of Clover Connect, Stripe, or ProPay, you will see only that integration under Settings > Manage Integrations.
