D-Tools Cloud currently works for integrators within the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
D-Tools Cloud has launched with a focus on Residential Integrators in the United States. D-Tools also works with Canada, due to its similar currencies and policies to the US.
D-Tools Cloud currently supports United States Dollars (USD).
D-Tools Cloud is also not currently GDPR compliant, meaning it cannot be used in Europe based on the GDPR regulations. Eventually, D-Tools Cloud will be released for the European market, at which time the solution will conform to GRPR regulations.
D-Tools' on-premise solution, System Integrator, is GDPR compliant if you are looking for a solution that works in your country.
A few other things we want to consider before jumping into other countries:
New Currencies - Support other currencies other than USD to show other than $
Multiple Currencies - Buying in one currency and selling in another, selling in multiple different currencies, buying in multiple currencies.
International Partners - D-Tools partners with many US suppliers and brands to build out its Library of products and provide synced pricing. Some of the partners only sell in the US, and we are missing some of the bigger suppliers outside of the US.
Performance - Spread out our servers so the application is faster in your part of the world. All servers are based in the United States, so you may experience a slower version of the app if you are in another country.
Now if you are in another country (besides Europe) and want to use D-Tools, you are more than welcome to, just know that it will be slower, USD currency only, and may be missing some of the popular suppliers in your area.
