On Cloud, an item can be a product, labor, allowance, or a package. It is good practice to use a display image that better reflects the item or your brand in the quote or proposal.

By default, products in your Catalog will use one or more images that came when adding the products to the Catalog. One of them will be set as the default image to be shown in the quote and proposal.

You have the option to add more images for products by uploading them or by adding the URLs. You can also choose a different image as the default image to be shown in the quote and proposal.

To do so, click on the product in the Catalog. All image(s) of the product will be listed under the "Overview" tab.

Click the 3-dot menu of an image to make it the default or remove it as the default.

To add more images, click the 3-dot menu of the image carousal and upload or add image URLs.

For labor types, allowances, and packages, you have the option to upload an image at the time of creation and can change the image at any time when editing the item.

If you want to change the image of an item from the quote, click on the item. In the sidebar, click "More" and then click "View catalog item." This will open the item details modal and you can change or add images as described above.
