You can email purchase orders (PO) to suppliers directly from Cloud. However, if you prefer to email the PO from your email client or send them a printed copy, you can download the PO as a PDF.
To download a PO as a PDF, go to the PO's edit view, click the 3-dot menu next to the PO status, and click "Export as PDF."
