You can download the list of stock items in the catalog in CSV and PDF formats. Here are some things you will need to know about the details in the downloaded files.
Stock items with a '0' (zero) on-hand quantity are not included in both CSV and PDF files.
The downloaded PDF file, also known as the "Physical Inventory report," has options to add the actual on-hand quantity and some notes.
The CSV format contains a lot more details, such as stock value by inventory location, the available, allocated, ordered, and needed quantities, as well as the part number and UPC, EAN, or ITF of the stock item.
To download the details of the stock items, go to "Inventory" in the left navigation menu, click the "Settings" wheel above the stock items table, click "Download," and click one of the three download options.
