External change orders will need to be shared with customers via a proposal and an email. You can apply built-in or custom templates to CO proposals and emails. This process is similar to applying templates to project proposals and emails.
We provide some CO proposal templates and CO proposal email templates by default under “Settings > Proposal.” You can customize the default templates and add new custom templates.
