You can download 3 different reports related to a project, each for a different purpose: Installer report, Pick List, and CSV report.
Installer report
The Installer report is useful for installers and other team members to prepare to execute the project. The Installer report comes in two variations.
For all products
To download the Installer report with all products in the project:
1/ Go to the Project Details view.
2/ Click the 3-dot menu next to the project number and click "Download installer report.
3/ If you want to customize the report or hide some details before downloading the report, click "Settings."
You can do the following:
Set the sorting and grouping criteria for the products
Select to show just products, just labor, or both
Show or hide account information, install status, and the scope of work in the report
For selected products
You can download the Installer report with selected products if:
You want to use different installers for different systems
You want to share the product list by phase.
You want to share the product list by order status or product install status.
To download the Installer report with selected products:
1/ Go to the Project Details view.
2/ Go to the "Item Status" tab.
3/ Use the filters located at the top of the products.
4/ Once you have filtered the products, click "Download > Installer PDF" in the "Order" or "Schedule" view.
Pick List report
The Pick List report is useful when installers want to pick up products reserved for a project from the inventory location.
For pool-tracked items, the report contains just the quantity.
For asset-tracked items, the report includes the serial numbers, asset IDs, and notes for items that need to be picked up.
To download the Pick List report:
1/ Go to the Project Details view.
2/ Go to the "Item Status" tab.
3/ Use the filters located at the top of the products if you want a selected list of products.
4/ Once you have filtered the products, click "Download > Pick List PDF" in the "Order" or "Schedule" view.
CSV report
You can also download a report as a CSV file that contains products and labor items along with the following details:
Name, brand, part number, and supplier
Category, location, system, and phase
Quantity, pricing details, discount, labor hours, and price
Change order details and purchase order details if the products are part of any change order or purchase order
Current order status and install status
The CSV file or report is useful when you need more detailed information and want to filter or sort columns in Microsoft Excel.
If you want to download details for all products, click the 3-dot menu next to the project number, then click "Export items to CSV."
If you want to download details of selected products, use the filters located at the top of the products and click "Download > CSV" in the "Order" or "Schedule" view.
