When a dealer requests to see their unique pricing for your brand, it will trigger an email to your team that will require approval. This approval is very easy, simply click on the green link that says

That link will take you to a web page where you can approve or decline the dealer.

Follow the steps below:

Step 1 – Verify the company information including account number, dealer name, email, etc.

Step 2 – Verify the company’s account number. If it is not accurate, you can update it here before approving.

Step 3 – Select the dealer's price tier. Even if you only have one price tier you must select it from the drop down.

Step 4 – Enter any additional DFI that the dealer gets (if applicable). If no discount, skip this step.

Step 5 – Put any comments in that need to be relayed to the dealer. You can also use this area to communicate discrepancies with the approval such as wrong account number, mentioning that the dealer buys through distribution vs. direct, or letting the dealer know that you do not show them as an authorized account.

Step 6 – Click the green “Approve Dealer” button for authorization. Once you do this, the dealer now has access to their unique product pricing. If the dealer is not to be authorized, click the “Decline Dealer” button. If you do decline the dealer, please put a reason why in the comments section.

Step 7 – If you have more than one dealer request to address, you will see the others under “Pending Requests."
