How to remove products from a purchase order

You may want to remove some products from a PO to add them to another PO or for another reason.

To remove a product:

1/ Go to the PO Details view.

2/ Click the 3-dot menu of the product, and click "Remove."

3/ Click "Yes, remove" to confirm the removal.

The product will be removed from the PO, and the total cost on the PO will be updated.

  • If the removed product was part of a project, the item status of the product will show "Ready to Order."

  • If the removed product was not part of a project, there will be no noticeable change anywhere on Cloud.
