You may need to track the "Project hours" that your Office and Field users spend on projects. Cloud has a robust and versatile "Project Time Tracking" functionality that provides options for clocking in and out of tasks and also manually entering time.
Field user time tracking
Field users can log project hours using the Clock-In/Clock-Out mechanism or manually add their time entries for project tasks.
Check out this article for more details about how Field users can log project hours.
Office user time tracking
Office users will always need to add their time entries for project hours manually.
Check out this article for more details about how Office users can log project hours.
Per-project time tracking
To log and track project hours for a project, go to "Plan > Time Tracking" in the Project Details view.
Here, you have the option to log hours for both Office users and Field users. The project hours logged by Field users, either manually or by using the Clock-In/Clock-Out mechanism, are also seen here.
In this example, you can see the hours logged by two resources assigned to the project.
Company-wide project time tracking
Cloud has a "Time Entries" tab in the left navigation. Click this tab to view the total number of project hours logged by your Office and Field users on all projects.
You can filter the time entries by client, resource, and other parameters, and even download the filtered time entries by clicking the "Download" icon in the top left corner.
