Whether or not you are required by law to disclose your professional license numbers on your proposals, doing so can prove to your clients that you do reliable and trustworthy business.

Add Professional Licenses

To add a professional license to your Cloud account, go to "Settings > Account > Company Profile." Here, you can input as many licenses as you would like. There are five fields that you can fill out when adding a license:

  • Classification

  • Description

  • Number

  • State

  • Expiration Date

Depending on where you are licensed, you may not need to fill out all these fields. This is why we require you to input only one of the following: classification, description, or number.

Show Licenses in the proposal

To show your professional licenses in the proposal, go to the "Edit" view of the proposal, and add the "Professional Licenses" section.

The Professional Licenses section will show all professional licenses you added under Settings.

Customize Professional Licenses section

Once added, you can edit the section title and also select the license columns you want to show in the proposal.

If you are licensed in multiple states but only want to display licenses for the state in which you will working for this project, you can hide the less relevant licenses by editing the license visibility on the proposal.
