Data from imported files is not written directly into the database. First, DataPoint runs automated quality control on imported files and assigns each file a status of Pending or Error. Pending files must be "approved" from the Data Management modal in order to be written into the database. Error files must be re-imported after the issue is corrected.
Single files can be approved or rejected from the All tab of the Data Management modal by clicking the kebab menu at the far right. Users can batch approve or reject files from the Pending tab of the modal.
