DataPoint accepts volume, speed and class data in 15- and 60-minute .prn files exported from TrafficViewer Pro.

1) In the Lane & Hose Layout section of the Data Settings pop-up, make sure the correct directions are assigned.

The directions must match the directions of the DataPoint Station.

2) Click the Export Data button and enter the required information.

The settings below will generate volume, speed and class .prn files in 15-minute intervals for DataPoint Station MB-1122.

Options>Export Type: PRN, Standard

ID Number: DataPoint Station ID (case sensitive)

Export Selection: Select the data types and directions to export

Start/Stop Time Selection: Change the date/time of the period to export

Filename Format: <ID>_<###> (This tells the program to include the Station ID in the file name)

3) Choose a directory to save the export.
