Setting Up Stock Requests WorkFlows, Adding your Products and Inviting Users

The Stock Request feature allows all requests for stock to be tracked and fulfilled in an easy-to-use portal - for you and your operatives.

  1. Setting Up The Stock Request Workflow

    To manage stock requests, you need to add the Stock Request Document Type and the relevant workflows.
    This can be done is a simple step.

    Go to Admin > Document Manager

Make sure you don't already have a Stock Order workflow:

If you don't, click on the add button:

Select the Stock Order Process Flow:

When done, click the Import Process Flow button.

This will create a stock order document type and all associated workflows and tasks.

2. Setting Up Your Products

All stock order products are contained in a Stock Order Template.

We recommend ONE template for all your stock order products.

3. Inviting Stock Users

Go to Admin > Manage Users.

Select the Stock Request User tab and enter the email and full name of the operative to want to give access to.

DocFlite will give access to JUST the Stock section.

The user will be sent an invite with a link to the stock request portal.

If you need to Remind the User of Their Login you can go into the Users Settings:

...and use the Resend Stock Feature Invite.


4. Managing Sites

Once you've invited your operatives, you can assign the to Sites/Companies.

Go to the Companies menu:

Search for the relevant company (if it doesn't exists, create a new one).

In the Additional User Access section, select the operative and click the Add button.
