How to clear your cache for 2 Factor Authorisation

If you are having trouble logging in, you might need to clear your cache. Here's How

Follow these steps

1. Close the tab where it's asking for your OTP and any other browser tabs with DocFlite
2. Open a new tab and click on the 3 dots at the top right of the browser and select "Delete Browsing Data"

3. Select the 3 available options and select Delete Data:

4. Open a fresh browser tab and go back to DocFlite. Here you can then enter your One Time Password which will have been sent to the email you log in with.
