To add a new Template your account follow this help guide
If this document is a stand alone document and the document type already exists, then at this point, it is now ready to use. If you need to create a new Workflow or New document type, contact the DocFlite team.
If you want to use this as part of an existing workflow, you will then need go to the Workflow Wizard which is in the File Menu:
As illustrated in this example below, the Wizard will then show you where documents with a similar name are used in your Workflows:
By clicking 'Replace with this Template' you will essentially be choosing to swap out an existing one with the new Template you are currently in. NB. It is worth noting if you do this, we will not delete anything, we simply remove it 'old' one from the workflow.
If you choose to 'Add to a Workflow' this will allow you to choose a different Workflow from those listed.
