To embed a Smart Form on your website, go to any template that has Smart Form switched on.
Here you have 3 options
1. This opens the form in a new tab. You can copy the link and paste it anywhere you need. NB. If you choose to use this on your website for example as a link on a button, it will open the form in a new tab.
2. By selecting this link, the full form will sit on your website.
3. This pop up form with button means when the button is clicked, the form will open as a pop up on the page you are currently on.
