If you do not have a Costing Block on your page, first you need to drag and drop from the left menu;

Once the Costing Block is on your document, as with all sections, double click to edit.

To build your costing you need to start with adding a Section (bottom left);

You can either create a brand new section;

Or create a Section heading from a saved Price List.

NB. You will need to have imported your prices first to be able to do this. See Importing Prices help for further support on this topic.

Click the '+ Create Section' button to create the section.

Once your section is added you can then add further sub-sections or an item.

Adding an Item

Simply add the item description and the quantity (if known) and Price. Cost and Discount can also be added here if appropriate. Once complete click Save. This save button will then be replace by an Actions Cog;

Click this cog to add further details about your item like product notes, images, discount and more. Have a look at the Costing Item Details article.

Adding a Sub Section

Click the plus button to add a sub section;

As with the Section, you can create a new Sub Costing Section or use a Saved price list. (See Importing Prices help for further support on using Saved Price Lists.)

Click the '+ Create Section' button to create the section.

You can add Sections up to 3 levels deep;
