Use tags to identify specific documents

Tags can be useful if you would like to identify specific documents. To add a tag go to the File menu and click 'Tags';

Click on the '+' and then add the details you need;

You can select and existing tag if one exists. Alternatively, you can create a new one.

Name the tag, choose your colour so you can identify it clearly and then save it.

You will see that your document is Tagged on the bottom toolbar;

The Tag will also display at the bottom of the document card;
