Yes, you can take a screenshot of the voucher on your mobile device and send it to your friends and family.
Once your friend or family member redeems the voucher, it will be used in full, and the voucher will be marked as redeemed and added to the Voucher History list in the Wallet tab of the Dunnes Stores app.
