Welcome! In this brief tutorial, we will guide you through the process of downloading data from the ETR platform using our widgets. These widgets are located in various sections of the site, and the download procedure is both quick and uniform across all locations.
Upon logging in, you'll be directed to the Discovery page. From there, use the top main menu to navigate to the dashboards page
Next, select the dashboard from your list of dashboards.
To download the data behind any widget, locate the menu icon in the upper-right corner of the widget. Click the menu, and then select Download CSV from the dropdown.
You can download data from widget modules within the Data Analyzer. Navigate to the Data Analyzer from the top navigation.
On the Data Analyzer page, select any analyzer option you’d like to explore.
When the analyzer loads, scroll to the widget you’re interested in.
Just like before, click the menu in the upper-right corner of the widget, and choose Download CSV.
