How to read & use the Campaign Sends report.

The Campaign Sends reporting on Elevate Marketing can give you some interesting insight into your customer lists. Primarily, it will showcase the performance of your Elevate Marketing campaigns.

Admin users (Account Owner, Account Admin, Location Admin) can find this report in the left navigation menu under Reports.

Campaign Sends gives you a quick summary of the campaigns you have sent in a specific time frame. It displays how many locations sent a campaign and how many customers received it, opened it, and clicked on it. This report can be displayed for any date range. It can also be filtered by media type and language by using the check box filters and clicking UPDATE. This report can also be exported.

Clicking on the name in the Campaign column will display a breakdown of the same results by location:

Clicking on one particular location will bring you to a dashboard to view the results of an individual store. You can refresh these in real-time by clicking the refresh arrows:

Digging into this report can let you know what tactics are working with your customers and which aren't. You can also compare store to store, or month over month, to see if your campaigns are getting through to your customers.
