If you would like to add multiple locations to your Marketing account at once, we have an uploader tool to help you do that. Follow the steps below to use this tool. Please note only account owners and account admins can add locations.

STEP 1: Sign in to your Elevate Marketing account and visit Manage > Locations

STEP 2: Click the multiple pin drop next to "Locations"

STEP 3: A pop up screen will appear with instructions on adding your locations. Download the template spreadsheet as instructed by clicking on the word "template".

STEP 4: Open the template and fill in the information for the locations you would like to add. Columns marked with an * are required. Save your spreadsheet. Tip: The Timezone field in the spreadsheet is a dropdown menu where you can choose timezone options.

STEP 5: Click SELECT FILE and select your locations spreadsheet. You will see your file listed below. Click CONTINUE.

STEP 6: Your file will upload and you will be prompted to map your columns. Ensure that everything on the left matches everything on the right. If you followed the template, you should not need to do anything for this step. Click CONTINUE.

STEP 7: Preview your mapping to make sure all columns match up. If everything looks good, click FINISH. If you need to re-check your mapping you can click BACK.

STEP 8: You will receive a summary of the upload that will tell you how many locations were added and if there were any errors. Click OK to exit the uploader screen. Account Owners & Account Admins will receive an email confirming the accounts were added and ready for approval by an Elevate Marketing Admin.

STEP 9: An Elevate Marketing admin will review and approve your locations. You will receive separate approval emails for each location when they are approved.

STEP 10: Your new locations will now appear in your locations list. Use the icons to the right of the location to view, edit or delete these locations.
