This easy to use app will help enhance your tournament experience for organizers AND their golfers! You can download the app via the App Store or Google Play Store.
How do you login? Easy! Just use the same credentials you would use when logging in to edit your event. This will automatically take bring you to the most recently created tournament.
What can organizers do with the app? (**- Features included with PRO)
PLAYER MANAGER
You can now check in players as they arrive
You can see if teams have any outstanding payments
Teams change player names last minute? You can edit players and their information live right on your phone!
If players are having issues logging in to the app - you can add/edit their phone number via the Player Manager
ACTIVITY FEED
You can now send messages and images to all players via the app
Changes in plans, weather delays? Send a message!
Players can also send messages, but you as the organizer have the ability to delete messages if anyone is up to no good.
AUCTION**
You can also us the app to add items to your auction, upload images and set bidding settings.
Need to change bidding times/settings? You can edit your items via the app as well.
When the auction is live, use the app to keep an eye on bidding, bidding history and auction winners.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
You can add to or edit your schedule of event for the day.
Dinner delayed? You can change your schedule to reflect any updates.
This will also mirror what you have already set up on the admin site under Schedule Tools > Event Schedule.
LIVE SCORING**
Your players can now use the app to using Live Scoring.
You as the organizer will have access to the Live Leaderboard, and a list of teams and their players.
Need to add or edit scores on behalf of golfers? You can do that by clicking the team on you leaderboard within the app.
