Most Jaime Brenkus workouts last only 8 minutes. Or, if you prefer, 480 seconds. (Sorry, showing off our math skills.) 

They are designed to be convenient, fun, and effective. If you are looking for more of a challenge, you can try doubling – or even tripling – your workout time, by replaying the same videos back-to-back. Don't worry, Jaime likes the extra attention! 😀

Some programs are progressive as well. For example, Rock the Walk programs start at 8 minutes – then progress to 16, 24, and 32 minutes.
