After you login, you’ll come to the My Programs page. Find the 28-Day Size Down Challenge program and click the Enter Program button.
The Home Page
After entering the program, you will land at the Home Page.
Before you get started, click the View Quick Start Guide button first to see what steps you’ll need to take before you begin your workouts.
Quick Start Guide
Note the initial steps you need to take. When you've completed them, simply click on the Get Started button at the bottom of the Quick Start Guide page.
Back to the Home Page
After you click Get Started in the Quick Start Guide, you’ll be taken back to the Home Page. Click Day 1 in the calendar.
This will take you to your Day 1 workout page. Just click the video play button to get started. And then click the lower right symbol in the screen to make the video Full Screen.
