Clients using FITR cannot access program content before the official launch date or their personal program start date. This restriction ensures that program scheduling aligns with its intended purpose and the overall timelines established by the program organizers.
The 'type' of program it is impacts how far ahead in their calendar clients can see content.
Scheduled Access Only: FITR programs are designed to release content in conjunction with official launch dates or individual client start timelines.
For Session 1 Day 1 programs the setting is locked at 7 days ahead, rolling one day more per day, in order to protect coaches from clients accessing content they've not yet paid for. This is because each client can, and often is, be at various stages of the same program.
These restrictions are in place to maintain the program's structured workflow and foster an intentional client experience.
A Fixed Length program grants clients access to the whole schedule.
However, with Group Rolling Calendars and 1-2-1 programs a coach can decide the setting.
