There isn't a direct 'copy template across' option, but Template content can be copied between a coach's own coach accounts using specifically a Fixed length program. Fixed Length programs are the only program type to retain their programming content inside when copied between coach accounts.
create a free and private, not on storefront, Fixed Length program solely for the purpose of this workaround
insert the templates, which you wish to also have in your other account, into this FL program back to back
copy this FL program to your other account (see instructions below)
save the content (an accumulation of templates from the previous account) as new templates in this different account
Instructions:
If you are the owner of multiple coach account you can copy programs from one to the other.
head to the main programs listing in the account you want to copy from
click the 'more' menu on the right hand side.
you'll see an option to 'Copy to'
Press this and you'll then be offered the available accounts that you can copy the program to.
Please note that it will copy a draft version of the program. It will not copy active clients who are on the 'original' program.
