How do I connect my nutrition app to FITR?

Connect your app via your device's health platform. Once connected, FITR will automatically sync your macro intake.

Here's how it works:

  • First, select the Heart Icon in the footer menu.

  • Connect FITR to your device by selecting the prompt 'Record macros with' (Apple Health or Google Health Connect).

  • Approve permission setting by selecting 'Allow' access to your device health data.

  • Choose your Macros - here you'll see all Programs and Tracks within programs that have been assigned macros targets by your coach. This can be changed any time from Settings -> Macros.

  • iOS users should use Apple HealthKit

  • Android users should use Google Health Connect

What apps are compatible with FITR for macro syncing?

Any app that sync's with your device's health platform will work, as FITR will collect data from your device.

Make sure you've connected your chosen nutrition tracking app with your device.
