How can I view my macro tracking progress in FITR?

Once your data is syncing, you'll see daily and weekly charts showing your macro intake compared to your targets.

What nutrients are available in the Macros feature?

FITR displays your intake of

  • Protein

  • Carbs

  • Fat

  • Calories

  • Iron

  • Potassium

  • Fibre

How do the Weekly Macros charts work?

Each week's chart shows two rings:

  • Outer ring = how much you've consumed

  • Inner ring = your set target

This visual helps you quickly gauge how close you are to hitting your goals.

What's the difference between grams and percentages in the macro charts?

You can choose to view your data as either:

  • Grams = actual amount consumed

  • Percentages = how much your total intake each macro represents
