How do weight-based macro targets work?

If your coach has set your macros based on bodyweight, FITR automatically calculates your targets using your current recorded weight.

For example, a coach may suggest a daily target of 1.5g of protein per Kg of bodyweight

Why am I being asked to enter my weight?

If you're on a weight-based macro target plan, but haven't entered a bodyweight, FITR will prompt you to do so. The app needs this to calculate your accurate macro targets.

Where do I enter or update my weight in FITR?

  1. Select the Tracking icon, in the bottom right corner of the main footer menu.

  2. Then select the BODY METRICS tab.

  3. Select the plus (+) icon in the top right corner and search for 'Weight'.
