What nutrients are tracked in FITR?

Protein, Carbs, Fats, Calories, Iron, Potassium, and Fibre (if available from the client's app).

How is macro progress visualised for clients?

  • Daily & Weekly charts (in grams or percentages)

  • Weekly circular charts:

    • Outer ring = total consumed

    • Inner ring = target

What happens if a client's macros are weight-based but they haven't added a weight?

The client will be prompted to add a weight under Profile Settings > Bodymetrics. Without a weight, targets can't be calculated.
