What is a Client Band?
Bands determine your paid tier based on active client count - each band has a fixed price and maximum clients allowed.
How do I know which band I'm in?
In your subscription dashboard you'll see your current plan and client band.
What happens if I exceed my Client Band?
You'll receive an in-app and email notification and be prompted to upgrade. If you don't, client subscriptions will be blocked.
How do I upgrade to a higher band?
Click ''Upgrade now' via in-app banners or from 'Manage My Plan'. The correct band is pre-selected based on your current client count.
Can I downgrade to a lower client band?
Yes - if you reduce your active client count below the lower band limit before your billing cycle. Downgrade then takes effect at billing time.
