How do I upgrade my plan?
Click 'Upgrade' from in-app banners or the Subscription/Billing tab, select the appropriate band, and proceed to checkout.
How do I downgrade my plan?
Reduce your active client count to fit the lower band, then initiate downgrade from the 'Manage My Plan' section. Downgrade occurs at your next billing cycle.
When do plan changes take effect?
Upgrades are immediate (pro-rata billing applies). Downgrades are processed at the next billing date.
What if I downgrade but still have too many clients?
The downgrade will not take effect. You'll receive a notification to adjust your client count before retrying to downgrade.
Will I lose features if I downgrade?
You will lose access to Professional Plan only features like Zapier, Supersets, Custom App Bolt On, multiple coach notes, and unlimited downloads if you move to the Free Plan.
