Why can't I log into the FITR client app as a coach?

If you are unable to access the FITR client app and you currently have a coaching account, it is due to account role restrictions. Coaches are not permitted to use the client app, as the access for these two roles is separate.

Steps to Access the Client App

To switch from a coaching account to gain client access, follow these steps:

  1. Delete Your Coaching Account - Log in to your coaching account to ensure you want to discontinue this role. - Proceed to delete the coaching account as per the in-app instructions.

  2. Create a New Client Account - Once your coaching account is deleted, sign up for a new account as a client under your coach’s program.

This process ensures that you are correctly aligned with the platform’s permissions to access the FITR client app and its features.
