What is an Active Client?
An active client is any client with a subscription, free or paid, to one of your programs.
Clients who have made only a one-off purchase of a Fixed Length program do not count.
How many Active Clients do I have?
The best way to check this is using your FITR account.
Head to the Clients tab.
Filter program type for 1-2-1, Group Rolling Calendar and Session 1, Day 1 (so that you're excluding Fixed Length programs, as these don't count).
Here you will see the number of Active Clients within the tab.
My active clients on FITR and Stripe are different, why?
The number shown in FITR is correct as it includes all active clients currently subscribed to a program - whether free or paid. Whereas Stripe will only show clients with a paid subscription.
