An active client is anyone with an active subscription, whether free or paid on one of your programs. Your active client count determines your billing band. Fixed Length one-off purchases do not count.
📋 What counts as an active client
Counts: Clients subscribed to a 1-2-1, Group Rolling Calendar, or Session 1 Day 1 program — whether the subscription is free or paid
Does not count: Clients who purchased a Fixed Length program as a one-off — these are not subscription-based
🖥 How to check your active client count
Go to the Clients tab in your coach dashboard
Filter by program type — select 1-2-1, Group Rolling Calendar, and Session 1 Day 1 (exclude Fixed Length)
The number shown is your current active client count
🔧 Troubleshooting and FAQs
My FITR count and Stripe count are different
This is expected. FITR counts all active subscriptions including free ones. Stripe only shows clients with a paid subscription. The FITR number is the correct one for your billing band.
