So you've sold something but you can't see the money in your bank account. This is due to Stripe payment terms, outlined in further detail..

FITR uses Stripe for all its payment processing.

Accounts created before 1st Feb 2022:

When you make a sale for the first time, Stripe holds the payment from the client for up to 9 days. This is incase of any client disputes and for Stripe to manage money laundering checks they are required to do.

If the payment is a recurring subscription, the following month's payment should hit your bank account in the following month, without this maximum 9 day delay.

If the sale you made was more than 9 working days ago, and the money hasn't hit your bank account, then get in touch with us via live chat.
