You can indeed! If you encounter any payment-related issues that disrupt your subscription, there are solutions available to address them effectively.

Head to 'My Purchases' and click the menu option to see the button to 'Resume'. You'll be guided on any payment required if applicable. If your subscription was cancelled due to failed payment, you can also log in to your FITR client account, navigate to your subscription history, locate the desired program, and rejoin following the prompts provided.

If you resolve a payment issue—either by retrying or updating your payment method—your subscription will remain active as long as the payment is successfully processed.

Sometimes, subscriptions may face disruptions due to failed payments or technical issues. However, there are straightforward steps to handle such situations effectively and resume your program.
