FITR has a 500MB upload limit per Resource file. If your video is too large, host it on YouTube and embed it instead.

Upload your video to YouTube (create a channel at youtube.com/create_channel if you don't have one)
In FITR's media uploader, select the YouTube tab
Paste the video URL and press Enter
