Client - I can't see my training program?

Signed up to a program and you can't see it, here's a checklist to get you up and running.

Check 1 - Do you need to 'select a start date' (add it to your calendar manually)

  • With 'Fixed Length' programs and 'Session 1 Day 1' programs you need to 'select a start date' and from that date the program will show in your into calendar.

  • Why? It's designed to give you flexibility on when you want to start. Download a one off program on a Thursday but want to start it Monday, no problem.

How to add it to your calendar:

  • Head to your Program library

  • If you see the Program there, click into it

  • If you need to add it to your calendar you'll see a big green button saying 'Start my Program'

  • follow instructions to select a start date

See the Program but the button says 'Go to Calendar' - Head to Check 2

See an empty list - Head to Check 3.

Check 2 - Contact your coach:

  • To check that they've added programming to follow in the actual program itself.

  • It could be that the program content is empty and therefore it has nothing to display in your client-side calendar

Check 3 - Try downloading/subscribing to the program again

An empty list means we can't see you attached to any program currently.

  • Head to the program link you used before

  • Click 'Download / Subscribe / Get for Free' (depends on the Program set up)

  • You'll be taken to the payment preview (if applicable)

  • Add any coupons you may have and action the payment pressing the green button

  • When the payment is made, you'll get a confirmation screen with a 'What Happens Next' guide. If the Program was free, you'll be taken here after you press 'Get for Free'.

Now when you go to your Program list, you should see this program sitting there. If you do not, please contact Live Chat.

Check 4 - Are you in a free trial period?

If you're in a free trial period of a program, you'll only see up to when your trial ends. If you decide to stay, once you make a payment you'll see more training fill into your calendar based on the visibility settings provided by the coach.

Note - if you can't see changes a coach has made to your program:

  • 1-2-1, Fixed Length and Group Rolling Calendar programs update real time and any changes should reflect with a client straight away.

  • Session 1 Day 1 programs any changes only update for clients once per day, just after midnight relative to the coach's time zone.

  • or it could be due to being in trial, or the program's visibility settings controlled by the coach

  • please contact your coach and FITR Support
