How do I use a Coupon (discount code)

My coach has given me a coupon (discount code) but I'm not sure where to use it.

Updated this week

Coupons can be applied at Checkout: Discount codes on FITR can be categorized into two primary types: one-time use and recurring coupons.

Click on the purchase / Start my trial / Get for Free button on any paid program as follows:

You will then be guided to create an account or sign in. If you have already got a client account, you do not need a new one. With one account you can follow any program on FITR.

You'll then be taken to the checkout page:

Enter the coupon and press 'Update Total'. If accepted, you'll see the price change on the right hand side.

Add your card details if you don't have any stored already and click 'confirm payment'.

Coupons can also be applied Mid-subscription:

Clients can apply codes mid-subscription to enjoy discounts, without having to contact their coaches or FITR to do so. Once redeemed, the discount is automatically applied to the applicable purchase, and the code cannot be reused. For example:

  • A customer uses a one-time coupon to receive a 44% discount. The discount is applied successfully at checkout and will not be available for future transactions.

Recurring Coupons

In contrast, some coupons are designed for repeated usage. If a recurring discount code is applied to a customer's account, the benefits (e.g., monetary savings or access to a program) will continue without interruption until explicitly revoked, or an expiration date is reached. For instance:

  • A client applies a recurring coupon that provides access to monthly subscriptions. The code provides access in subsequent months as long as there are no restrictions or set expiration dates.

My coupon isn't working? Factors Affecting Coupon Validity

  • Setting Expiration Dates: Both one-time and recurring coupons can be configured with an expiration date. Once the date has passed, the code becomes invalid, regardless of prior usage.

  • Determining Coupon Restrictions: Confirm whether a discount code is one-time or recurring by checking the terms and conditions or promotional details provided with the coupon, which often clarify:

    1. Whether the code can be reused

    2. Whether it applies to specific products or services

Take a look at this article if your coupon code isn't working. If a recurring coupon stops working, verify if the code has expired or if there have been changes to the coupon policies. For persistent issues, contact FITR support for assistance.
