Update my coaching account's billing address

I need to update the billing address associated with my coaching account

Head to 'Settings' via the main menu in your Stripe dashboard:

For updating your billing address:

  1. Navigate to the Customer Details page

  2. Update the billing address for the associated customer

  3. Ensure the address is accurate before finalizing the invoice

For updating your business address:

  1. From your Stripe dashboard, go to Business Settings

  2. Find the Business Address section and edit your details

  3. Note that Post Office Boxes (PO Boxes) or invalid addresses are not accepted

Click on the 'Billing' tab and you'll see the option to 'Update' next to your address. Please note that if you're updating your billing information it will apply to invoices and receipts moving forward. It is not possible to retrospectively apply them. For finalized invoices, you would need to void and reissue them with the updated address.

Key points to remember:

  • Changes to addresses only affect future invoices

  • If no billing address is entered, Stripe defaults to using the shipping address

  • Make sure your address information is accurate for all future transactions
