Client - How do I resubscribe to a training program?

How do I resubscribe to a training program I was previously with?

Super simple. Two ways:

Via Programs:

  1. Head to 'Programs'

  2. Make sure you're in 'Past' programs. You may need to adjust the selection option. This link should also work.

  3. Click on the program name.

  4. Click the resume subscription button.

To access this via the Client Mobile App head to your Profile and select 'My Programs'. Make sure you have 'Past' programs selected. You'll then see the 'Resume Subscription' button.

Via My Purchases:

To get to 'My Purchases' via a web browser;

Use the action menu to the right of each program to see the available options. This will include, depending on the program and status:

  • Cancel Subscription

  • Resume Subscription / Resubscribe

  • Retry a missed payment (also see here)

  • Reschedule - moved the program to a different date in the calendar (see more here)

To access this via the FITR Client App, head to your Profile and select 'My Programs'. From here you can select the menu icon in the top right and select Billing.
