Do Clients Keep Access to Old Workouts After a Program Ends? (Coach)

Clients keep access to all past training, notes, and personal records permanently, even after a subscription ends or a fixed length program is complete.

All training delivered to a client through FITR stays in their account forever, even after a subscription ends, a program finishes, or a coach pauses their account. Clients never lose access to programming they've received.


📋 When to use this

  • A client's subscription has ended and they're asking if they can still see their old training

  • You've finished a fixed length program and want to understand historical access

  • You're considering pausing or cancelling your coach account and want to know the impact on clients


✅ What clients can always access

  • All past sessions — every workout delivered while they were subscribed stays on their calendar

  • Performance notes and results — everything they logged is saved permanently to their account

  • Personal Records — PRs are account-level, not program-level, so they're always accessible

  • Fixed length programs — clients retain full access to download and reuse these even after the program period ends

⚠️ One exception

If a coach permanently deletes their FITR coach account, the programming they created will no longer be accessible to clients. This is the only scenario where past training history is removed.


🔧 Troubleshooting & FAQs

My client says they can't see their old training

  • Cause: They may be viewing the wrong date on their calendar, or logged into a different account.

  • Fix: Ask them to scroll back on their calendar, or use the Workout History search in the app to find past sessions.

A client's fixed length program has disappeared from their app

  • Cause: The program may be in their archived or past programs view.

  • Fix: Ask the client to check My Programs > Past in their account.
