Access your body metrics
View and add body metrics
From the Body Metrics tab, you can:
View all previously recorded metrics
Add a new body metric entry
Review progress over time
Select a body metric (e.g. bodyweight, measurements, body fat)
View:
Progress chart
Full history of entries
You can also:
Edit an entry
Delete an entry
(using the three-dot menu)
Add comments
Use the comments icon in the top-right corner to:
Leave notes for yourself
Communicate directly with your coach
Your coach will be able to see and respond to these comments.
