Retry a missed payment as a client

Sometimes payments don't through and it's no-ones fault. If this has happened to you, don't worry we'll get it sorted.

You should see a warning message at the top of the screen directing you on what to do. You can also head to your 'My Purchases' page to retry the payment from there.
